Life is …………..?

Life is …………..?

What say you?
When I think to fill in the blank I come up with several option ideas. Although if we were tasked with just one to create a saying for our day/week/monty/life what would we settle for? Or why even settle, what would we commit to?

A few suggestions which may offer a little help to fill in the blank.

wonderful ~ beautiful ~ fun ~ precious ~ awesome ~ difficult ~ powerful ~ tiring.

Whay say you?

Life is Beautiful!
Can you say that and feel it? Can we see the beauty eventhough things can often become dark and negative? Did you know that most of the time it all depends on how we view the situation. We have the power to see the beauty if we so wish to see the beauty.
Negative situations are not 100% negative. Remembering of course basic science of how in order for negative to exist positive is required to be present also. In simpler terms, negative cannot exist without positive being present. So, when we look for the positive in any situation, we will indeed see the positive.
It really is that simple
Hard to understand when we see dark and negative and our mind will not see anything else. How can there be beauty? How can we see something beautiful when all is falling apart around us?

There is a concept that says “when we change the way we look at things. The things we look at change”.

And another way to look at any situation is to understand that the majority of it all depends upon our own attitude and our perceptiion. So where we view from and how we are feeling will have a lot to do with it too.

We could of course fill in the blank above with life is…… “a bitch”. Many of us know this kind of statement oh so well.
We usually turn to this kind of statement because we do not take our time to look at the beauty. We have become tired with things not working out for us and we have developed a defeatest type mentality.
When we use words like “defeat” some of us might become upset or offended as we are not defeatest. Our pride may be hurt a little if we are called out on it. Then again why are we leaning in to the negative? Screw the pride for a minute and think about it.
In order for things to begin to go right it is upon us to change our attitude. It is upon us to find the reason as to why we wish our world to take a right turn. It is that glass half empty or half full perspective that is required.
Give this a whirl, speak this into a mirror paying full attention to your eyes and lips as you speak,
“I am responsible for how I view my life”

You will notice nowhere there does it say, others, they or them. It does not say that because it is not any other persons fault or reasons why. It is only important how you view your own life. Nobody else has any power over your own view.
Of course you are being influenced all of the time by things outside of yourself, how and ever nothing has more power than you and when you begin to take back these powers you can begin to nurture your own view and begin to see that life is much more than you have ever thought before.

Are you willing to change your perspective?
Are you willing to begin to see the beauty?
Are you willing?

That is all it takes to bring about change in our lives. A willingness to begin anew each and every day.

Life is ………….?

Life is worth living ( until you can see it that way)

Life is difficult (at times and then gets better)

Life is learning ( all we need is a willingness)

Let us ask ourselves a much more important question.
Am I willing?
Do I have a willingness inside of me?
Can I use my willingness to make a breakthrough?
Am I willing to begin to challemge and change my attitude?

Begin today to change how life is a piece of shit to life is beautiful. All you need is a little willingness and the understanding that in every situation there are two sides to it. A negative side and a more positive side. Which one am I focusing on? Which one do I give more time and effort to?

Think about it and begin to see the change.
Have a great week.

Aidan Mc Nally from a little fishing village called Loughshinny on the east coast of Ireland in Co. Dublin. Aidan is a well traveled individual who has done so for work as a commercial fisherman and has enjoyed some of the most beautiful life has to offer. Writing came about when pains and sorrows and emotional turmoil struck hard in life; in the process of finding ways to deal with emotions while suffering and struggling with grief Aidan began writing out his thoughts and feelings. One day those writings became his first ever book and his memoir was born. TWO sons TOO many. Aidan then went on to further writing by reliving his own pains of youth and delivering an insightful coming of age memoir. 17 & Life. Having lived life around the globe the real navigation became about discovering himself and why he pained so much following the tragic loss of his two sons. Aidan delivered a quote / unquote Self-Help book where he discussed all that he has overcome and the way in which he found his inner resilience to follow his mantra of "Never Give Up". Layman's Handbook in Life. His writing continues through thought provoking blogging and a number "WIP" pieces while he enjoys the virtuous cycle of life now with a strong attitude of Aspire to Inspire. His living through traumatic experiences are things he openly discusses to aid his brothers and sisters to see the good in all they have come through and to motivate those who need a helping hand or comforting words through their own dark place. Aidan is no stranger to many items that many may never comprehend or experience and uses his worldly knowledge to serve better his fellow humans in finding the good in their life or situations. He knows too well there is good that can combat all, he calls it LOVE.
