You may be new around here, who knows?

It is a given that I do not know you from the comfort of your browsing device and you may not know me either.

I can tell you I am painstakingly typing away on auld PC , one handed and all. The big awkward one finger punching away on keys about half the size of my “pointing” finger. How would you know this otherwise?

So you stumbled across my website and I feel it would be most helpful if I provide you some links to get to know what I have going on around here. The links usually show up in a highlighted text beside the description. Obviously here on my revamped website you can click around some of the menu tabs and find out some more. There are a couple of themes, I guess we can call them themes.

Books about my life would be the main theme I suppose and why some of you may find things helpful in your own journey around this big ball of rock floating on some kind of smaller ball of piping hot liquid (Earth). The theme hear would be a very good laugh along the way to learning resilience that goes beyond what any of us would consider manageable. So below are some links for you to click around and find some of my very hard work.

TWO sons TOO many, my first ever book – Memoir ; My life story before during and after losing my two sons to different sudden death incidents. Perhaps you too are a bereaved parent or know somebody who is. This book may help you through it and show how any of us can fall into a deep sadness in grief. TWO sons TOO many is available in kindle reader and paperback on Amazon and around the web, here is the link TWO sons TOO many on Amazon

Resilience as a theme really boils down to a book I wrote where I wanted to share some of the simple tips and tools that helped me very much to rebuild myself. I was a father who was drowning in grief and did not “how to rebuild this man”. The end result though is that I am still here pitching away and swinging for the trees. Layman’s Handbook in life was born and my writing here is simplistic and a look at some of the techniques (which are all very simple) and why I sub titled the book “simple tool to change how we live”. This is not only a book about how I have been dealing with losing my children. This book is straight forward simple tips on how I found ways to navigate a whole bunch of things that I saw as difficult. A background theme withing Layman;s Handbook is definitely focused on slowing down our minds and beginning to breathe a little more simply and freely. I have never liked the statistics in relation to suicide and was shocked to hear how men are 4 out of 5 more than women in the arena of suicide. I want to do my part and show how I have managed thus far and encourage others by taking little simple steps. Here is the link to the book which is available in kindle and paperback also. Fir your teenagers out there who may be handful for you the parent or those of you who are teenagers and love a good read. I have written another memoir where I focused more on my own teen years and the element of what a crossroads looked me to me in my own life at 17 years of age. I knew I was being viewed as an adult and always believed because I was biog and tall like an adult. Though how does an inexperienced 17 year old make the right choices when at that crossroads? You may find it a great reflection and drum up some old teenage memories from your own story. Is being 17 a corner where we may turn right or left and continue on our merry way? Or is the b all end all of life and a major intersection? 17 & Life is my “coming of age” memoir and is also available for kindle and paperback reading. I recommend that if you purchase this book with your own teenager in mind that they be a least 17 or 16 and half at least, Censorship and real raw elements may shock a younger mind.
